Ingredients:

4 cups shishito peppers (whole)

2 lemons

salt

pepper

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

In a large frying pan add olive oil and shishito peppers. Toss over medium high heat regularly until peppers are caramelized. Add in salt pepper and lemon juice. Toss for 2 more minutes. Enjoy!
