Ingredients:

2  pounds buffalo meat

1 onion diced

1 avocado

1 large tomato

1 head iceburg lettuce

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp cumin

2 tbsp paprika

1/2 cup cilantro and parsley diced finely

2 tbsp dijon mustard

2 tbsp go chu jang

Directions:

In a large bowl combine half of onion, cilantro, parsley, and dry spices. Mix well and shape into medium sized burger patties.

In a small frying pan sauté the remaining onion until translucent.

In a small bowl combine mustard and go chu sang and mix well. Set aside with chopped avocado, tomato and onions.

Grill burgers 2 minutes before flipping to the other side, continuing to do so for at least 10 minutes. Remove from grill and let meat rest for 5 minutes.

Place burger in between two leaves of lettuce, top with spicy korean mustard sauce, sautéed onions, avocado, and tomato and dig in!
