Lunch today 🌽 sautéed kale with grilled corn & a porkchop
Ingredients:
Olive oil
6-10 kale leaves
Salt & pepper
Pork chops
Corn on the Cobb
Directions:
Strip corn from husk and place directly on the grill
Grill corn on each side until browned
Rub pork chops with salt and pepper
Grill for 5 minutes on each side (depending on thickness)
In a small frying pan sauté olive oil and kale until tender
