Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite breakfasts because you can add all kinds of healthy ingredients into your blender and end up with something sweet and decadent. In this recipe I used coconut milk but if you wanted something lighter you could absolutely substitute it with soy, almond, hemp, or even juice! You can also substitute any leafy greens for kale. Hope you love it! 

Ingredients: 
½ cup coconut milk
2 small bananas
½ cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup ice
1 cup kale
Fresh fruit of choice to garnish (picture has nectarine, strawberries & blueberries)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for fruit for garnish in a blender.
Blend until mixture is consistent.
Serve in a bowl or cup and garnish with fruit!
