You Will Need:
4 ripe tomatoes
4 sprigs cilantro
1 small onion
2 chili peppers
salt & pepper
Peel & dice tomatoes and place in a medium sized bowl.
Finely chop onion, cilantro, and peppers and add to the bowl.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of 1 lime, and 2 teaspoons salt & pepper.
Serve with chips & guacamole, over tacos, or on top of nachos!
